Each box contains a carefully selected combination of 4-6 items ranging from treats, enrichment focused toys e.g interactive toys, puzzles, treat dispensers, toys for specific activities etc chews and amazing brands supporting your dogs health and well being.

In addition to the products you recieve we also provide access to our online training hub which is packed with ideas from games & activities to try at home to recipes & how to videos
Each month we have a theme and the items are based on this central theme e.g. scent work box which has everything you need to get started with your scentwork journey in terms of products, accesories and online training

Can you provide alternative suitable treats and chews if my dog has allergies
We sure can! With many dogs have special dietary needs we pride ourselves on being able to source suitable quality products for your dog to try.
You can update your 'preferences' at any time by logging in to your account and updating the section with your dog's dietary needs ... please note we need 72hrs notice before your box is due to ship to ensure we include different products if needed
What happens if you send me a puzzle or toy i already have?
Inevitably this can happen although its not a common issue. If you are sent an item that your dog already has contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details, post back the item you have and once we have this back we will send you a suitable replacement item
When do you ship Canine Brain Boxes?
Your first box will be shipped within 1 week of your purchase. All remaining boxes are shipped on 15th of each month, or next working day if this falls on a weekend or bank holiday
Shipping usually takes 2-5days for UK & Irish deliveries although at peak times such as Christmas please allow a few days extra in the event of any delays with our shipping partners
Will you let me know when my Canine Brain Box has been shipped?
Yes! Our courier will send you an email confirming the shipment and provide you with a link to the tracking information. All boxes are shipped tracked 48hrs
Your first box is shipped within 7 working days and all remaining boxes are shipped on 15th of each month (or next working day if this is a weekend or bank holiday)
When is my renewal date?
All subscriptions renew on the 1st of each month, this is also the date payment is collected unless you have contacted us to arrange an alternative date
What is your cancellation policy?
We will be incredibly sad to see you go, but you can turn off your auto-renewal at any time. Simply log into your account, head to the subscription page and select the option to cancel.
If you have committed to a multi-month subscription and have boxes left to recieve you will be charged for, and will be shipped the remaining boxes. Then on completion of your original commitment, your subscription will be automatically cancelled.
My box arrived damaged. What can i do?
Unfortunately from time to time this does happen as we are unable to guarantee that everyone who handles our boxes will be as careful as us !
Don't worry, we will always work to make it right ! Simply email us at email@example.com and send us a picture and we will replace any damaged items
How do I change my address?
Moving house? EEk its exciting but dont forget to log in to your account and click on 'my subscription' to update your shipping information.
If your address hasnt been uodated by the time your billing date has passed for the month (usually 1st) please be aware your Canine Brain Box will be shipped to the current address we have on file
